Integrative Care and Hospice Fees
Integrative Examination & Consultation $275
(If a house call is requested: House calls within 20 minutes from primary location $125, 20 to 30 minutes $150)
This is our initial visit for any pet parent interested in an integrative approach to their pet’s healthcare. If you are interested in starting acupuncture, chiropractic care or herbal treatment for your pet this is the initial visit you will have. It includes a complete review of your pet’s medical records and full physical exam of your pet. We will develop a customized treatment plan that works for your pet and meets your concerns. Holistic therapies (acupuncture, chiropractic care, herbal treatment, food therapy) can be incorporated into your pet’s treatment plan at an additional cost. (See below). Please allow up to 60 minutes for this visit.
In Home Hospice Consultation $275
This is our first house call visit for any pet parent interested in hospice care for their pet. It includes a complete review of medical records, full physical exam of your pet, quality of life assessment, development of a pain management plan specific for your pet, nutritional and fluid recommendations, mobility assistance and nursing care recommendations. We will develop a customized treatment plan that works for your pet and your family. Holistic therapies (acupuncture, chiropractic care, herbal treatment) can also be incorporated into your pet’s treatment plan at an additional cost (see below under add-on treatments). Please allow up to 60 minutes for this visit.
Initial Acupuncture Treatment $115
(added onto initial integrative consult and house call fee)
Follow Up House Call Acupuncture, Chiropractic or Hospice Appointment $137
(Plus House Call Fee. Please allow up to 60 minutes)
Chiropractic Treatment $85
This is in addition to an initial house call fee and travel fee(see above).
Add-on Herbal Consultation $65
This is an add-on service to our initial consultations (see above). Chinese herbal consultations are $65 and the price of herbs is an additional cost.
In Home Euthanasia Fees
In Home Euthanasia $375
(Evenings/weekends additional fee $75)
(includes travel within 20 minutes from primary location, travel 20 to 60 minutes from primary location is an additional $60-$150)

Pre-sedation of your pet
In home euthanasia
Notification to your pet’s health care providers
Fur clipping (memorial item if desired)
After Care Fees (Includes transportation of your beloved pet):
Individual/Private Cremation (ashes returned in your choice of a cedar urn with lock and key & engraved nameplate, photo urn, rosewood urn or biodegradable urn. All urns include a custom clay paw print)

Additional Paw Print added onto private cremation package: $45
Memorial Cremation (no ashes returned, ashes will be scattered on private land)
